One of the drawbacks of fiat-based transactions is that someone can buy something, steal the money used to buy it, and use it.Under the current Fiat system,it is possible.
In the crypto space,this happens when the same cryptocurrency is used to make multiple purchases.For example,using one 2ETH to buy some bitcoins,some Litecoins.
Ideally,once crypto is sent or spent,you should have a balance. And, when that is not the case, and you still use the exact sum,that is the case of two budgets.This usually happens when there is a 51 percent or ethnic conflict.
